Madison County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. The sheriff, police department, court, or corrections agency that holds a record must answer those questions directly.

Looking for a Madison County Record?

Use the contact block for the office that controls the record. The jail and dispatch numbers are different, and visitation hours are not records-counter hours.

Detention visitation hours

Telmate / Getting Out visitation is posted for Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday evening: 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

These are visitation hours, not a promise of records-office or booking-search hours. Call before traveling.

For an emergency, call 911. For a current custody question, use the jail line. For a formal booking-record or photograph request, use NextRequest and name the person, date range, referring agency, and case or incident number.

  • For a booking record or booking photo, use the county booking and records page and the MCSO request path.
  • For a wanted or warrant question, use Wanted Fugitives, the Idaho court portal, the courthouse, or an attorney.
  • For a recent Rexburg event, review the official Police Activity Summary, then ask MCSO about the county booking.
  • For a current release alert, use Idaho VINE where the record is supported. It is a notification service, not a photo gallery.
  • For Rexburg or Sugar City city coverage, use the Rexburg and Sugar City pages for the right agency route.
  • For a sentenced, paroled, or probationary state client, use the Idaho Department of Correction search.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP locator or ICE locator when that category fits.
